Greenhouse

Greenhouse (opens in a new tab) is the global hiring platform that actually makes hiring easy.

Fairgo.ai provides an assesssment integration for live video interviews:

Add

First click the Add Integration button, which will bring up the following dialog which includes:

1. Click Platform drop down to select Greenhouse integration
2. Navigate to Greenhouse settings for Fairgo.ai with Click to configure

Connect

You will then be presented with the Fairgo.ai integration page, from which you can click Connect button:

Click the Log in to Greenhouse button, and this will ask you confirm access to the following resources:

• List job posts
• List jobs
• List job hiring managers
• Create job notes
• List users
• List user emails
• List candidates
• List attachments
• List applications
• Reject applications
• Unreject applications

Click the authorize to proceed:

Complete

This popup will close, and the Platform Key will be populated.

Job Selection

You also can provide a Job Selection to configure how jobs are saved to:

• All future jobs - will take affect for all future jobs.
• All open jobs - will pull in all currently open jobs.
• Specific job - allows you to select a specific job.

Once a job is imported into Fairgo.ai, questions will be generated for the interview after which point they can be edited as required.

Configure webhooks (optional)

If you would like to have new jobs or candidate applications for jobs you have configured above to appear automaticaly in fairgo.ai you can create a webhook (opens in a new tab) in Greenhouse.

Before we do this we will go ahead and copy of Fairgo Key that identifies our integration, the easiest way to do this is to click the Copy to clipboard from the Integrations table

Once we have this, head over to the Greenhouse Dev Center:

And select the Webhooks link:

Creating the webhook

We will setup two webhooks which will create Jobs, and Opportunities in fairgo.ai, we do this by providing an Endpoint URL, and pasting your Fairgo Key into both the Secret Key, and Username field of the Basic Authorization which you can find in the Advanced settings.

Once this is done you should have two webhooks with the following properties:

1. First webhook for jobs
   • Name: fairgo-job-post-updated
   • When: Job post updated
   • Endpoint URL: https://webhook.prod.fairgo.ai/v1/greenhouse/inbound
   • Secret Key: your Fairgo Key
   • Associated partner: Fairgo.ai
   • Basic Authorization Credentials, for Username: your Fairgo Key
2. Second webhook for candidate applications
   • Name: fairgo-candidate-application
   • When: Candidate has submitted application
   • Endpoint URL: https://webhook.prod.fairgo.ai/v1/greenhouse/inbound
   • Secret Key: your Fairgo Key
   • Associated partner: Fairgo.ai
   • Basic Authorization Credentials, for Username: your Fairgo Key

Configure assessment (optional)

To configure the assessment integration with fairgo.ai in Greenhouse, you first need to Submit a Greenhouse support request (opens in a new tab) asking them to enable the Fairgo integration, by providing them your Fairgo Key.

Once this has been setup, you will be able to add Fairgo as a stage to your interview plan (opens in a new tab).

Configure Interview Plan

In greenhouse, select the job you would like to configure the fairgo.ai assessment for, and click through to Setup Job, then to the Interview Plan.

On this page click the Add stage button:

This will allow you to select the "Fairgo" stage.

With this setup, you can head over to the Job Pipeline

Job Pipeline

When a candidate applies for a job it will appear in Candidate Review initially, you can drag it into the Fairgo stage:

Click the link to popup a form. Select Live video interview test, and click Send test

This will then send an email from Fairgo.ai inviting the candidate to interview

Assessment Results

Once the interview has been completed, Greenhouse will be updated

It will include a score out of 100 (eg 71/100 above), as well as a link to fairgo.ai for more details.

Interview activity

Within fairgo, you will also see when the interview invitation went out, when it was started, and when it was evaluated.

You must click Send Test from Greenhouse to see the assessment result appear in the interview stage.
